How do I use a discount code?

Once items are added to your cart, discount codes can be entered at the checkout page. Click "Apply" to see the updated price if the code is valid. ONLY one Discount code can be applied per order and it must be applied only at check out.

How do I make changes after placing my order?

Please contact us at support@momentwish.com to make any changes. If you'd like to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. For changes in color or size, please ensure we have your desired variant in stock.

How can I track our order?

After we process your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track the whereabouts of your items.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard Shipping Time: 12-18 business days

Express Shipping Time: 7-10 business days

How should I store my jewelry?

If possible, store your new jewelry inside its original package to reduce exposure to liquid and dust. Additionally, keeping your jewels in a cool, dark environment also works in favor of preservation.

 

Will this jewelry turn my skin green or fade off?

No, our jewelry won't turn your skin green. Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, and the quality has been verified by International Institution SGS.
