How do I use a discount code?

Once items are added to your cart, discount codes can be entered at the checkout page. Click "Apply" to see the updated price if the code is valid. ONLY one Discount code can be applied per order and it must be applied only at check out.

How do I make changes after placing my order?

Please contact us at support@momentwish.com to make any changes. If you'd like to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. For changes in color or size, please ensure we have your desired variant in stock.

How can I track our order?

After we process your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track the whereabouts of your items.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard Shipping: 12-18 business days

Express Shipping: 7-10 business days
During the holiday or peak season, delays in shipment transit may occur.
Regardless, please make sure your shipping information is entirely correct to ensure faster and safer delivery!

How should I store my jewelry?

If possible, store your new jewelry inside its original package to reduce exposure to liquid and dust. Additionally, keeping your jewels in a cool, dark environment also works in favor of preservation.
